Double Room to let in central Carlisle

Looking for a professional lodger to rent a double room located on Strand Road, central Carlisle.

There are two available rooms. both are furnished and have south facing windows, receiving a lot of natural light.

The spacious house has a shared kitchen and living room with a small garden and a deck above the garage.

Carlisle city centre is just a 10 minute walk away and Rickerby park is also just on the doorstep.

Would be sharing with 1 other lodger* and myself, however my current job has me working outside of Carlisle, so I’m not in the house often.

£550 per Calendar Month** including bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence and broadband internet). On street parking with council-issued resident’s parking permit.

* If either room is taken by a couple, I wouldn't look for other lodgers, so you would just be sharing with myself.
