We have a house with 3 rooms. Very close to the university, city center, bars and restaurants.

The houses are lovely terraced town houses with communal lounge, shared 1 bathroom, 1 WC and kitchen. Additional storage and spacious throughout.

We are a family run business. All our houses are checked as we are licensed landlords. This gives you the added protection that you will be looked after correctly.

Council tax and water bills included. Electricity and gas shared - £25 per month by landlord and the rest shared with flatmates as needed.
