Double room with toilet available in Denton Holme

Hello! I’m Hannah. My highly sought after room is available again from the 19th of October and I’m looking for a housemate! The house has recently been redecorated and features a courtyard with a small table and chairs and big flower pots, a beautiful living room and kitchen diner, and a large bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. The room is a large double room with an en suite toilet which is off the main road so very quiet.

This is not like most hose shares - I only rent out one room so this would very much feel like your space too. I currently live on my own with two small dogs, though my partner visits occasionally. I usually work from home, and the wifi is more than strong enough to support two home-workers if you are also remote.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy and considerate and will look after my space with the same care that I do.

£140 pw includes all bills and council tax (band A). There is on street permit parking; permits are easy to apply for.

The room is available from the 19th of October - Viewings of the house are welcome, but to respect my current housemates privacy, room viewings will not be available until they move.
