I am looking ideally for someone who would also like to live quietly and respect the space they live in. There is currently a dog and a cat in the property downstairs who will never venture upstairs. There is also a small garden area at the front of the house that will be for you should you wish to use it. This will be maintained by me. On street parking available without the need for a permit.
