Single bed in a quiet location

Hi I have a spare single bedroom in my house which would suit somebody who needs it on Mo-Fr basis. The room has a single bed, desk, 23" monitor, docking station, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of shelves. 7 days a week also possible but for short duration - up to 4 weeks.

It is located in a 3 bed house with a back garden overlooking Hammonds pond park, where you can find jogging/walking paths and outdoor working-out area. Th neighbourhood and the house itself is very quiet. This is a clean shoe-off house. There's a warm and comfy living room to put your feet down and when weather allows you can sit outside on veranda with your cuppa or book and listen to the birds in the park.
