Room for clean, tidy resident

We have a smart, reasonably priced house with 5 rooms for lodgers. We are all friends. There are 3 floors with a bathroom/toilet on each floor. The main kitchen is shared and each person is allocated a cupboard, a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the freezer.
The house is well insulated and is centrally heated. Plates and cutlery are shared and each person should wash up and keep the place clean (not too hard :).)
Hospital is 5 minutes walk, bus stop 1 minute walk. Shop and 2 take-aways nearby.
There is parking space outside with no restrictions at present.
Washing machine and tumbler drier available, also washing line if preferred. A small charge is made for using tumbler drier, also toilet paper and cleaning fluids are bought every few weeks and lodgers (and me) pay to a fund to buy them.
