Bright, comfortable top-floor room available in a spacious student house just a short walk from the university. I’m moving out earlier than expected due to a change in circumstances, so I’m looking for someone reliable to take over my tenancy.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and 3 toilets, so even at full occupancy it never feels crowded. By spring, around 3 out of the 8 tenants will be gone permanently as they finish early or move home, so the house naturally becomes much quieter.
