This is a 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden area, parking available on drive, a living room and kitchen/dining area which has both washing machine and dryer available for your personal use, a bathroom/toilet upstairs which has a bath/shower/sink/toilet and an additional small downstairs toilet.

Within a couple of minutes walk from the hospital and would be ideal for a hospital professional needing accommodation close by.

This is for a single occupancy (not for a couple). You will be sharing with 1 other house guest and the live-in homeowner.

House rules apply for the benefit of all who live under the roof, some of which include:

No pets, no smoking or vaping in the house or your room, no recreational drugs to be kept in or taken in the house, no anti social behaviour and you must have the ability to be respectful and courteous to your other house mates.

You are required to clean up after yourself in the shared areas, this is not a hotel and the general rule is leave the shared area as you would like to find it.

At the initial interview all applicants will be required to produce two forms of ID one of which must be photo ID, pay slips or an employment reference.

There are two rooms available (at the moment), the Pink room and the Green room.
