Comfortable bedroom and private bathroom

Monday to Friday preferred, but will consider 2 or 3 night let or short term 7 night let for someone working away for 2-3 months. £140 per week is for a 4 night stay. Other options by negotiation.

Small double, private bathroom and separate attic room available. House has a sitting room, large kitchen with dedicated fridge and cupboard space, dining room and my private office. Wifi throughout with a booster system installed.

There is a large garden. On street, unrestricted parking just up from the infirmary with easy access to the city centre, ring road and M6.

I work from home, so I am looking for someone who goes out to work. My PA is a three year old daxidoodle!

For tax purposes, I can only consider someone who can evidence that you pay council tax on your main home. All bills included.
