Furnished double rooms and one single, available in a colourful, characterful home with plenty of shared living space, garden access and a good degree of independence.

Although SpareRoom lists this as a live-in landlord property, the accommodation is arranged so that tenants have their own separate zone and separate entrance. I respect people’s privacy and have no intention of interfering with tenants’ day-to-day space – I’m looking for people who will treat the house as their home and enjoy living independently.

The rooms are furnished as shown in the photographs, with double beds and good storage. The house has a shared bathroom with bath/shower, as well as a comfortable shared living/dining room with sofa, armchair, TV and dining table.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, large fridge/freezer and washing machine, plus direct access outside.

The garden is available for tenants to enjoy, including space to sit outside and a fire-pit area.

Smokers are welcome, but there is strictly no tobacco smoking inside the house. A designated smoking area is available outside.
