Single bedroom in shared house with three female tenants. This is a single bedroom which shares a bathroom with one other tenant.

5 minutes walk from University of Cumbria Fusehill St campus. August start date. These rooms are for full time university students only.

Room reservation fee is one week rent, this is payable on application. Tenancy deposits are three weeks rent These are protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Rent will be paid monthly.

All tenants will need a UK based guarantor. Video viewings available.

Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, no council tax if you're a full time student, but properties are band A. On street parking available.

Fully furnished bedroom and communal area. Bedrooms come with single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table and spacious underbed storage.

Kitchen is provided with basic set of pans, dinnerware, tableware, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave. Tv is provided in the living/kitchen spaces. This has a TV licence provided by us and yearly Netflix subscription.

Communal spaces are professional cleaned every 2 weeks.
