Double Room to Let

I am who works full time and I have a double room to let 10 mins walk from university of Cumbria and 15 mins walk from the town. I am looking for someone who does not smoke in the bedroom but smoking is permitted downstairs as I smoke myself but never smoke upstairs. Basic food is included in the price i. e cereals, bread, tea, coffee packed lunches etc. I must admit sometimes if I have been working long hours I am not the tidiest person to live with if willing to help with the household chores there will be a rent reduction. The house consists of a living room , dining room, kitchen a bathroom, there is only one toilet which is in the bathroom. It is a 3 bedroom home and 1 live with my 19 year old son who works part time and is in sixth form. I also have a dog
