Hi there, here I am renting a fully furnished double room with a very friendly housemate. The house is only a short walk into town, and very close to Fusehill Campus. Also for car drivers it is close to the motorway.
The cost is £75 per week for the double room. This price includes all bills but excludes council tax. (halved with housemate)
The current housemate is a very friendly, easy going and clean male in his early thirties. This is a lovely house and location. On street parking is available with one way parking so that there isn't loads of traffic noise!
