single room to rent in clean friendly two bed house the room is not furnished but can be if required you can fit a double bed in but it would be very snug. the house has a small front garden and large back garden & there is on street parking. You will have access to all amenities such as washer, tumble dryer there is also broadband and sky tv. All bills are included in the rent. I have a dog who is very friendly and Well house trained would consider someone with a pet of their own. The house is a 15 minute walk into town & on a local bus route
