Furnished room to let in a spacious 6 bedroomed Victorian house. Shared dining room, kitchen, utility, 1 bathroom & 2 shower room. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and 3 fridge freezers. l live on the premises, so have pans, crockery , cutlery etc. unless you prefer to have your own . There's a weekly cleaning service for all communal areas. I don't mind if it's weekdays or staying seven days . It's a quiet household. Professional people. 5-10 mins from town centre and Train station. Photocopy of ID, character reference & proof of employment required.
