Nestled in between the centre of Carlisle and the University of Northumbria, on Fusehill Street. The self contained bedsit is in a large Victorian terrace house housing 5 flats and one shared modern kitchen. There is WiFi and a cleaner that comes in once a week to clean the communal areas. It is a friendly, professional house that doesn't tend to have transient tenants, more the long term happy sort. There is a back yard for hanging washing, recycling and bikes, push bikes or motorbikes and it is very secure. The potential flatmate should be clean and tidy and happy.
