I am studying a PT post grad course , so you will have the house to yourself for most of the time as I will be busy studying and/or working.
I am fairly relaxed and chatty, happy to arrange viewings and a cuppa to see if we both get along. It is my house so I am looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and ok with sharing each others space in the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge.
All bills are included in the rent prices, £90 pw. I have a camera issue at the moment but will post pics asap.
