I've got large double room to rent in very well kept and beautiful house. I'm a landlord and I'm trying to find new housemate for the girl that is currently living in this 2 bedroom house. The house is 20 minutes walking distance from town center. House was recently renovated with new carpets, kitchen, bathroom and open fireplace. There is living room and separate dinning room so plenty of space for 2 people. The room has a wardrobe, additional cupboard and double bed.
Diana, the girls that rents the other room is a professional working for NHS. She is friendly and very quiet person so very low maintenance housemate. She likes to cook and spends most weekends at home. Ideally we are looking for similar quiet character, female professional or student.
