Nice room in refurbished house

Hi,
I've got double room to rent:-)- 6.07m x 2.08m with an access to boarded loft which can be used as a study or an extra storage. The house is 15 minutes walking distance from the town center. House was recently renovated with new carpets, kitchen, bathroom and open fireplace. There is living room and separate dinning room so plenty of space for 2 people. The room has a chest of drawers, book shelf and desk at the moment, but bed can be provided.
I'm a quiet, friendly person, work Monday till Friday and usually spending weekends at home. I do smoke, but never in the house. Would prefer female but consider everyone.
