This is professional victorian town house placed between the University of Cumbria on Fusehill street and Carlisle city centre. It is a friendly house which is treated as a home rather than a transient stop over. I tend not to have students, as they work of different time scales to us working folk, but mature/sensible or should I say considerate students would be welcome.
The house has WiFi and cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal hall and kitchen areas.
There is a back yard for the safe storage of bikes and where you can hang laundry to dry.
The flat has its own shower and wc with Philippe Starke pot ware and has a double bed, double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside table. Tv point and aerial is in the flat.
The kitchen has all mod cons.
