The room is fully furnished and has a kitchen area with fridge and cooker. All bills are covered in rent except Tv licence, also electricity which is supplied via a digital prepay electric meter.
This room is for quiet persons only absolutely no parties or noise. Shared bathroom. There is free Wifi in the property. This is a minimum six month tenancy. 1 months deposit and a month in advance required. Sorry no pets or bikes.
