It is just a few minutes walk away from amenities and it is about a 30 min walk to the town.

Hairdressers and beauty shops all less than a 5 minute walk away.

Large Morrissons superstore 20 minute walk away.

Cumbria University-Brampton Campus 15 minute walk away.

Bus links into town and other areas - Bus stop is 5 minute walk away.

Approx. 35-45 minute walk to the train station or a 10 minute drive.

Cumberland Infirmary Hospital is approx 12 min drive away.

FLATMATES
I’m Elina and 43, female. I have a large friendly dog and your pet is welcome as long as we both think they will get on. Rob is 37 but often works away from the property.

There is a private enclosed field/ large garden with a picnic table and possibility for an allotment. Preferred housemate(s) would be considerate, friendly, and respectful. I consider a working professional (working away) and/or quiet student. (15 min walk to campus.)

Smoking/vaping is allowed outside.
