The Caldew Cycleway is temporarily closed to complete the southern by-pass of Carlisle There is a regular train service from the nearby Station into Carlisle in 11 minutes then onwards elsewhere. The garage will accommodate a bike. Extra parking space at the end of the cul-de-sac may be available. Housemate(s) would be considerate, sociable, friendly, and respectful. Broadband & TV are included, as are utilities & council tax providing the lodger pays it for their permanent address. I
Otherwise it may become payable at approx. ££35 per month additionally if not paid elsewhere (I. e. Local Rules apply).
