The garage will accommodate a bike. Extra parking space at the end of the cul-de-sac may be available. Housemate(s) would be considerate, sociable, friendly, and respectful. Broadband & TV are included, as are utilities. A proportion of Council tax will be payable unless the lodger pays it elsewhere.
