Living space at one end of family home in quiet village, 6 miles from Penrith. Two adjacent rooms with separate entrance door and countryside view. One room is set up as a comfortable living space with basic cooking facilities (sink, kettle, toaster etc). Efficient wood burning stove to provide extra warmth. The Bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. The rooms have been renovated recently. There is off road parking space on the drive for a lodger to park one car. There is also an electric car charger. We are a busy family with a primary school aged child and 2 dogs.
