Additionally has it's own parking space, with a patio area outside and the room has a large double bed with en-suite.

Rent is £450 not including bills or council tax

My current housemate is moving jobs and leaving the area, however, I really like the house and location so am looking for someone new to share with rather than moving.

I'm 23 years old, have just moved to Cumbria recently for work and am into most things outdoorsy, particularly cycling and walking in the Lakes! Ideally am looking for another young professional to share the house with.
