Room is available from 26th November 25.
House is a very convenient located 10 mins drive from Sellafield. The house has 4 rooms all occupied so I now have one double room available (this is not the en-suite and has a shared bathroom). We are all Sellafield workers so shift work is normal for the household and I routinely have people move out so rooms become available periodically. As people move out of house’ current lodgers will get the option to move to the larger rooms before it gets re-advertised. The house is very clean and tidy and I run a tight ship. The room available has a double bed, draws and wardrobe. Bedding and mattress covers must be provided by the occupant. We have one main bathroom and a down stairs toilet. Current lodgers work shifts so house becomes empty periodically so frees up space. I have very good lodgers at this point and lodgers are happy with the arrangements at this time so would like to keep it that way.
Everybody in the house pulls their weight to keep the place clean and go the extra mile where needed. If you are unable clean up after yourself please do not apply to live here. I have a cleaner for the communal areas every month.
This is a WORKING house. We are all workers at the Sellafield site. Please be respectful as majority work shift work so are sleeping through the day is routine. We are looking for lodgers that need a SECOND home to work in the area only and you intend to commute back to your resident address. Please DO NOT apply to this listing if this is to be your full time address.
Contract will be signed upon move in date, one month’s rent upfront plus a deposit of one month’s rent, photo ID will also be needed.
