Room available to rent in Egremont

Hiya, my flatmate has decided to move south so I have a big furnished double room to offer out. The house itself is a detached 3 bed house (1 room is a spare for guests). It had a kitchen diner and a living room. The garden is very spacious with a lovely view and has a driveway for two cars. There is also a garage for storage of bikes etc.
With bills, it is about £650 a month.

About me: I work at sellafield and on site most days. I love hiking, skydiving and going to the gym so anyone to join these activities of an evening/weekend would be preferable. I like the house to be a home so come add your character into it and make it as cosy as you like. I enjoy relaxing watching tv downstairs and watching mutual shows together. Pets are welcomed by the landlord but at current we don’t have any.
