Room available in comfortable house

I have a furnished room, available in my mid terraced house here in Frizington, for a full time working professional.

If you need a room for weekdays only, let me know and the price can be adjusted.

The house was rewired and had new central heating fitted in 2020. The windows are all double glazed. It is clean, warm, dry and comfortable. There is WiFi throughout the house.

Parking is available on the street.

The available bedroom has a king size bed, with side table and lamp. There is a small wardrobe/shelf unit and a unit with a large TV on it. A chest of drawers, desk, or other furniture can be provided, just ask.

The bath/shower room has a powerful shower. The shared kitchen is a good size, with a gas cooker/grill, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, etc... The sitting room would be shared with me and is a comfortable room with a large TV.

Outside there is a small yard/potting area, leading to a pretty patio with plant pots, barbeque and a corner bench. A nice space to enjoy a meal, or maybe drink after work. There is a motorbike garage which could also be available.

On from the patio is a lawned garden. At the end of the garden is a composting area, large greenhouse and a huge storage room, which will be available by separate negotiation should you need it. Maybe you have some items to store, a bicycle, canoe, or whatever? There is side access to the back from the street.
