We are a professional semi-retired couple with converted attic single en-suite room to rent. The room is fully furnished and includes TV, microwave, fridge, radio and desk space. En-suite fitted with shower, toilet and sink. Large storage cupboard also. The room benefits from own private space due to position in house.

We will gladly offer use of kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and garden area. There is on street parking available.

We are looking for a professional, quiet and tidy person, who is happy with a friendly dog.

The house is within easy access to public transport and local amenities, and close to Whitehaven town centre, Sellafield and West Cumberland Hospital.
