Double room in quiet neighborhood

I have two double rooms available in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of High Harrington.. Large windows in both rooms makes it a nice bright space. . One room has a wall mounted tv in it and built in wardrobes for lots of storage space.
The other room is a little smaller but is west facing and you’ll see gorgeous sunsets! This room has a large wardrobe and access to the attic for storage.
Common spaces are shared. Large garden and room to park.
Looking for mature professionals that would be a good fit for the other housemate.. Would be perfect for Sellafield contractor.
Sky tv, Netflix and wifi are all included, as well as gas and electric.
