Room to let with own bathroom right next door. 3 story house which is part of a country manor that has been redeveloped and modernized. Set in extensive grounds with gardens, water features and woods.

It is located on the edge of Sedbergh with quick access to the M6. Near to the lake district and on the edge of the North Yorkshire National Park. It's a great place for walking on the edge of the howgillls.

The property includes a large kitchen/diner and shared living room. All bills included except cost of phone calls. Broadband internet and evening and weekend landline calls are included.

I'm looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy and reasonably tidy.

We go to my boyfriend's house approximately every other weekend so you would have the house to yourself.

Couples would be ok with a slight increase in rent to cover additional bills and council tax.
