Current lodger chose to have the floor to himself for £700 per month (3 rooms and bathroom)
Deposit is one month’s rent per lodger,
Contribute to electricity bill - landlady pays first 400kW - lodger(s) pays amount on top of that.
Lodger floor ( 3 rooms and bathroom) has its own water heating and central heating - lodgers buy new gas bottles as needed for water and heating.
All other bills, including wifi, included in rent.
Council Tax upon individual situation will be discussed.
