We are situated in an excellent location with a train station, town center and supermarkets all within a 15 minute walk.

Full use of all facilities, broadband, kitchen, utility room, front and back garden with patio at rear which is a nice sun trap.

All bills are included.

The house has recently been renovated to a very high standard, and we would love to find a clean and tidy lodger. Non smoking is essential.

Private drive with plenty of parking.
