The property is a 5-minute walk to Asda, approximately 1 mile from Oxenholme Station, and around a 15-minute walk into Kendal town centre. There is also direct access to the river, offering beautiful countryside walks right on the doorstep.
The house has a good-sized shared lounge and kitchen, with plenty of storage and fridge space. There is one parking space directly outside the house, with additional on-street parking available less than 50 metres away.
Please note, the house is home to a very friendly cat called Cucumber, so this may not be suitable for anyone with cat allergies or those who prefer a pet-free home.

The bathroom is located two flights of stairs up, which has never been an issue for previous occupants. Ideal for someone who values having their own space.
