Room available in lovely 2 bed house in Kendal

i'm looking for a lovely housemate to share this space with. The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms and an extra box/office room and loft space. There's a communal open plan living and dining area, 1 bathroom and a sweet kitchen that looks out onto the garden (if you're interested in gardening this could be great too!).
I'm ideally looking for someone who is clean and wants to make the space nice together, where we can share the cooking from time to time but also have our own indiependent space. I have been in london for 5 years working as a musician and teacher and enjoy culture and nature, being social but also quiet nights with a film or book. I would love to live with someone where we share some interests, but would be excited to learn new things as well. I work during the day, writing music and teaching, and i love waking up early to go for morning walks and coffee before the day starts. I'm very respectful of noise and open to communicating/working around the needs of whoever i'm living with and think talking about those things in shared living spaces is good. I am left leaning with my politics so it's probably worth mentioning that if you aren't lgbtqi /blm friendly we might not be best suited to live together.
