We have a spacious double bedroom available at our lovely house in Hallgarth, Kendal.
£500, all bills included.

Myself and Jack (the landlord), 27 & 30.
Both outdoorsy people. Mountain biking, kayaking, running, outdoor swimming, gym, walking … 
It’s really important to us to keep the place tidy, but apart from that we are pretty laid back.
Not suitable to students/ people looking to party hard. More looking for a healthy lifestyle. We are away lots of weekends in the van, and keep busy so need someone who can entertain themselves.
Our house is about a 1 minute walk from the fields, river and beautiful walks, also really accessible to Kendal town centre and the Lakes !
