Lovely river views from city centre flat

There is a large kitchen / sitting room with a large flatscreen TV & a Roland digital keyboard. Upstairs, 2 large double rooms (yours with the great view) & a small box room, & a bathroom with bath, loo & overbath shower & sink. We (my son (14 yrs) + I use the flat Mon-Fri after school. And some weekdays I work from the flat during school hours.
In your room there’s a desk with drawers, & a built in wardrobe & chest of drawers so lots of storage. Just one lodger sought, please.
