Warm single room with desk for short stay

This single room is vacant from mid September for three months with the possibility of extending.

The household consists of three sporty quiet people, all full time. There is a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, garden and small garage. I tutor in the dining room four evenings a week so the dining room is not always available. Fast optic wifi included as are council tax, electricity and gas. The house is fairly open plan.

A suitable lodger would be someone who is quiet and fairly independent, with full time employment. If you are interested then please message me and tell me about why you want a room, your daily routine and what you will move onto.
