House for rent

Hi, I am looking to rent out my fully furnished house from the 15th September.

It is a 2 bed property with the following:
- 2 designated parking spots
- Front & back garden
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Plenty of storage including garden shed

I am renting it out with bills included (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, tv licence).

I live in the local area and can easily pop round if there are any property issues. I'm looking for nice tenants, who will get on well with my lovely neighbours.

My ideal preference is to rent out to a couple.
