Single bedroom available for 6 months

The house is newly renovated and is in the final stages of preparation for our return to living in the UK.

We like to return to Kendal regularly and so you will have to be prepared to share the house with us for short periods during your stay.

You will have your own secured
bedroom and the use of the kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

The other rooms in the house will generally be closed off, but the occasional use of a 2nd bedroom and the dining room can be arranged upon request.

There is a caretaker, who lives locally, overseeing what little jobs that need to be done, but this will not disturb or inconvenience you.
