Warm, light and cosy double room to let in a 3 bedroomed house. Easy walking distance town and not far from local shops, GP surgery and bus routes. The house has a cosy living room with comfy sofas and a piano if that’s your thing! The house also has a good sized kitchen/diner that is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, cooker (new one is coming soon to upgrade existing one) and fridge freezer (you will have your own shelves and drawers to use). The kitchen also has a door out to a spacious garden with a shed, mini greenhouse, pond and veggie patch which you are welcome to make the most of if you are green fingered! The house rent includes a fast broadband with EE also. The double room is nice and light room with a view across to the helm. It is fully furnished with a brand new double bed frame and mattress (you are welcome to use your own mattress if preferred), chest of drawers, crate shelves (if wanted) and chair. It is a lovely warm, friendly, tidy and clean house. I will miss it when I’m gone! The current lodger is an animal lover and enjoys all things outdoors! (And music!) The space allows for a nice place to socialise but also have calm quiet time. All bills are inclusive in the rent money.
