Double room available five minutes walk from town Centre with either free parking on the main road or private car park space at £20 per month. All main bills are included however if you’d like Internet it’s £16 per month, you are responsible for your own TV license and washing machines and dryers are coin operated.

NB the photographs are of the current room with with tenants possessions inside. The room comes with Bed wardrobe, Chest of drawers, fridge, and sink.

The room has shared facilities with a new bathrooms being on the same level. Kitchen on the bottom floor. Reference and checks to be done If it is for twin occupancy there would be a £90 per month surcharge for the extra person.
