Double room in friendly shared house

Hoping to find a friendly new housemate to take my place in
in a sociable and lively shared house. The large double room has a decent sized cupboard for storage, but is otherwise unfurnished.

The house is located within a 10 minute walk of Kendal town centre and <5 minutes to Kendal train and bus station.

The house has a cosy living room, an upstairs bathroom, a shower room and a utility room with a washing machine.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, fan oven, designated cupboard space and a shared fridge-freezer.
The separate front room is generally used for kit storage and laundry drying, and has a 5 bike rack.

There are two private parking spaces available out the back with plenty of street parking nearby.
The landlady does not live at the property, but is very responsive if any issues come up.
