Nice big room in shared terraced house

Hello,

I have a good sized room available in my house with plenty of storage, a lovely view, in a nice area of Kendal near to Kendal Green. King size bed with comfy "Emma" mattress. An open wardrobe, chest of drawers and sideboard-thing. Just repainted (do you like the yellow??). Parking is available nearby usually around the Green. A nice garden, backing on to alloments and convenient footpaths in the woods, fields and to the scar. It's a friendly shared house and there is usually another housemate too. All the usual facilities of a house with a nice kitchen, plenty of your own cupboard space, washing, living space etc.

Looking for a tidy person who wants a grown-up home with some like-minded people. Somewhere to muddle along together, enjoy each other's company but also have space to do your own thing. We are quite outdoorsy and also enjoy popping to gigs and social bits and pieces, having people round for dinner etc.

Bills and Fibre internet included. Space for extra storage for things like bikes, general stuff, extra plants welcome.
