We’re looking for another tenant to join our friendly sociable house in Kendal.
The room is a double room with a spacious storage area, and is unfurnished. The house has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, living room and a kit/storage/laundry drying room. We have 2 parking spaces at the back of the house but lots of free on street parking too.
We are located 5 mins from Kendal train station and bus station and 10 mins from town.
We are an adventurous, outgoing household who like spending time outdoors and at the pub. Our interests include outdoor swimming, climbing, running, mountaineering, watersports, crafts, music. There are currently 3 of us working in conservation, outdoor education, and campaigns. We’re looking for someone with similar interests to join us, who enjoys socialising and who is laid back and chilled!
