Double room in south Kendal

A bright and airy double room in my house is available for rent. All bills included.
I have two small but energetic boy dogs and additional pets maybe considered if they get on with mine.

I'm just moving in to the area and will slowly be making updates to the house.
It's 20 minutes walk from the station, 15 mins walk (max) into town, close to the castle and great access to the river for walks.

I love a quieter life now but I enjoy the outdoors, going to the gym, cooking as well as cafe and pub vibes. I'm a fairly quiet human, generally up early and very rarely have late nights out.

I work from home or local cafes four days a week, and will be splitting my time between my old and new lives up to Christmas.

I'm looking for a lodger who is respectful of the space, chilled, does their bit for cleaning and tidying, and is happy to mix a bit of socialising and quiet time too.

You obviously have to like dogs, and are welcome to walk or play with them if you wish. Ideally you would be happy to feed them/let them out on the odd occasion.

Room will be furnished with a bed, bedside tables and a drawer unit. Other items can potentially be added.

Shared downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Cosy living room with multiple TV subscriptions. Large open plan kitchen diner with proper coffee machine, lots of random appliances and access to a good sized garden. Any budding gardeners are welcome to grow stuff!

Initially offered for three months, with any extension subject to agreement.
