I own the property and it is my main address; however, I’m away frequently for work and will be renting a room in Scotland, where I’ll be spending most of my time. I will still need to work in England a couple of days a week when required, so I’ll be around occasionally, but the majority of the time the flat will be your own space, and I will usually spend weekends away.

This would suit someone who prefers a calm, tidy home rather than a social or party household.

This is not a party flat and would best suit someone respectful, self-sufficient and fairly busy with work or hobbies.
