Large Double Bed in Newbuild Home

Large double bedroom (bedroom 2 on floorpan) with a fully furnished brand new 4 bed house on the Ghyll Manor Estate, with a garden and garage. Only one room will be rented out for a lodger, I will live in the other and the remaining two rooms are for ad hoc guests/ office space.
I work as a doctor outside of Cumbria so will be away most weeks but home on weekends and holidays.
I am looking for a young professional who is tidy, trustworthy, will look after the house when I'm away and be respectful to live with.
I am a very keen rock climber, mountaineer and am generally outdoorsy.
I am moving furniture in on the 04 April so pictures of the room will be available from this point.
