Large double Room (en-suite option available)

We have a Large double (£550 pcm) or Large Double En-suite room (£650 pcm) furnished room available.

We have a spacious five bedroom house and my wife and I both work from home for different charities so use two rooms as offices. Our daughter is off to uni in September so if you opt for the non en-suite option you will often have sole use of a well equipped bathroom with walk in shower, My wife and I are currently using the en-suite but happy to use the other room if you prefer an en-suite option.

We are in a quiet friendly cul de sac, known locally as the circle and it’s a private road so very chilled with great neighbours. It’s about five minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to town.

We have a small friendly Black lab who stays down stairs. There’s plenty of kitchen space, with cooker, etc that has a kitchen island with stools and a sofa in the kitchen.

We use the dining room as a multi purpose room, for craft and it also has a sofa, (or you can have the sofa in your room if you prefer) so there’s plenty of space to hang out.

The double non en-suite looks out over the garden at the back of the house the other looks out onto the circle and would be suitable for a female lodger. The en-suite room is on the other side of the house overlooking the circle green space at the front.

There’s a bit of space to store a bike etc in the garage, and plenty of parking on the drive or the circle.
