Single room in Terrace House, with parking permit.

The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, within easy walking distance to Kendal railway and bus stations and town. We have great neighbours. We also have two jack Russell dogs.

We're down to earth, friendly and get on easy with others. Have had lodgers before so we are comfortable with it. There is one bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Looking for a friendly person, who is easy to get on with. Must be able to hold a conversation. We like the occasional night out with friends and it would be great if you could join us.

All bills are included, but we'll keep food stuffs separate.
